Every person's needs and concerns are different, and it is important that your REALTOR® knows you and your family. At The Kearns Team, we pride ourselves on getting to know you and helping you through the relocation process.

Where are all the fancy pictures and flash animation? We asked our clients what they most wanted from our website, and they told us they wanted lots of information and to be able to access it from anywhere. Many times our clients are dialing in to the internet from a hotel room while on a househunting trip, and we wanted to make the site as easy as pooible for them to access and use!

Diana and Michael Kearns
Diana Kearns has been involved in Denver-Boulder Real Estate since the 1980s, with experience in both the Commercial and Residential Real Estate markets, and has in depth knowledge of real estate prices, trends, and housing in Denver and the Denver-Boulder Corridor. Diana's works primarily with our home buyers and loves working in Denver's "architecturally classic" neighborhoods, including Park Hill, Wash Park, Whittier, and Highlands. E-Mail Diana

Prior to entering the Real Estate profession, Michael Kearns spent 16 years in corporate Human Resources and Recruiting with leading companies including Merck & Co., Inc., PepsiCo, Qwest Communications, DoubleClick, and Continental Airlines, Michael provides a unique and non-traditional perspective to his clients, especially those relocating to the Denver metro area. Michael primarily works with home sellers throughout the Denver Metro area and with buyers and sellers in Denver's "rebirth" neighborhoods, including Stapleton, Lowry, and LoDo. E-Mail Michael

We live and work in Denver and are active in the local community. Diana served as Membership Chair for the Whittier Neighborhood Association. Michael is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Colorado Human Resources Association, The City Club of Denver, and is an Advisor for CTEK, a community-based business organization which works with entrepreneurs and startup companies. We are former residents of Boulder and of LoDo, Whittier, and Wash Park in Denver. We are volunteers with the Cherry Creek Arts Festival, Chinese Children Charities, the Great American Beer Festival, and the Colorado Irish Festival.

Michael and Diana are both members of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and the Denver Association of Realtors®, the Colorado Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®.
